MARCH 2024

Important AP Exam InformationAP Exams are around the corner, so you can review the 2024 AP Exam Dates to ensure you are planning accordingly for each of the dates and times you will be testing. If you have not yet joined your teacher’s AP Classroom(s), you must do so before Friday, March 15th at 2:30 p.m. This is the only way to ensure an AP Exam is ordered for you. We are hoping to have the smoothest testing experience this administration and kindly request that you complete this WCHS AP Exam Cancellation Form if there is an AP Exam for which you had previously registered but no longer wish to take.  Test-specific information is forthcoming from your AP Coordinators, Mr. Haas and Mr. Purpura. Feel free to contact them with any questions or concerns related to this year’s AP Exam Administration in the meantime. Their contact information is below for quickest reference.  Mr. Haas: [email protected]Mr. Purpura: [email protected]

WCHS International night will be happening on Thursday, March 21st from 5-7 pm. This is a chance for students and families to come take a trip around the world in our very own cafeteria. This will be a night of sharing, learning, and building community. All students are encouraged to attend. Families that may be interested in hosting a table to show off their culture should fill out this form: https://forms.gle/w9wwqDhvS5cUnj87A?authuser=0
Juniors and Seniors: The English Honor Society is hosting a field trip to the Planet Word museum on April 11th. This is an exciting opportunity to visit a local museum which explores and celebrates the English language. The field trip will include a workshop and open exploration of the museum. This field trip is only open to juniors and seniors. You do NOT need to be a member of EHS to attend. See Ms. Dempsey in 228 for the permission form, itinerary, and payment info or email [email protected]. Space is limited, so do not delay.
WCHS PTSA seeks members to participate on the Nominating Committee to help solicit candidates for the WCHS PTSA Board for the 2024-2025 school year.  This is a great opportunity and limited time engagement to provide support to the PTSA.  All meetings will be virtual and work to accommodate busy schedules.
Please contact wchsptsa.NominatingCommittee@ gmail.com if you are interested or have any questions.
