Pizza lunch with the Bridge Students

PTSA enjoys a pizza lunch with the Bridge Students who provided ways we could advocate for them as well as suggestions for how to make Churchill a more inclusive place.

Lunch with the ARS Program

Tuesday, September 2nd – Friday, September 5th

On Tuesday, September 2nd, at 2:45pm-4:45pm, WCHS will start its Corollary Pickleball tryouts and continue Wednesday (9/3), Thursday (9/4), and Friday (9/5) 3:00pm-5:00pm after school.

MCPS Corollary Sports include team pickleball (fall season); bocce (winter season), and Allied softball (spring season).  MCPS Corollary Sports are designed to offer additional athletic opportunities for high school students, especially students with disabilities.

Additional information is posted on the WCHS Athletics page (date/times, tryout requirements, team rules, etc).  Using ParentVue, please sign up students beforehand.  Please ensure REQUIRED FORMS are submitted for tryouts.

Questions?  Contact Athletic Director, Jesse Smith, Jesse_R_Smith@mcpsmd.org OR Coach Ben Woods, Benjamin_H_Woods@mcpsmd.org

This is a great opportunity to meet your student’s assigned case manager and service providers in person!

Snacks will be provided by the PTSA Special Education Committee.
