PTSA Funds Now Available to Support Student Clubs and Organizations!

The PTSA is happy to announce that it has set aside funds to provide financial support to student clubs and organizations during the 2024-2025 school year. Because the available funds are limited, the PTSA Board must determine how best to allocate those funds. The Board has decided that funds that further a club’s or organization’s mission or have a positive impact on WCHS student life should receive priority consideration. Not all requests for funds can be granted and incomplete forms will not be considered.
If a club or organization would like to request funds, please have a student leader complete all sections of the attached form and then have the club/faculty sponsor submit the application by email to [email protected] by November 15, 2024.
Clubs/Organizations that are awarded funds will be notified in writing by December 6, 2024. Original receipts for expenses are required in order to be reimbursed by the PTSA. Invoiced expenses will be paid directly by the PTSA.
